Shipping Policy
UPS is our shipping company of choice. We offer regular UPS service, Second Day Service and Next Day Air. Shipping and Insurance are additional unless otherwise specified. Our policy is to keep shipping charges as low as possible. If you have any questions concerning your order, Please call for rates.

Cancelled Orders
Any ordered cancelled after placed subjected to 20% order processing fee.

Return Policy
NOTE: No returns accepted without pre-approved RGA (return goods authorization) number clearly marked on the outside of the box. No returns accepted on special orders or after 30 days from date of original shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before you return a product, contact us at
973-513-9955 for an RGA number.

Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of original shipment, safely packaged in original packaging (if available as in-transit damage is not covered by our limited warranty), have the RGA number clearly marked on the top and two sides of the box and be insured for full replacement value.

In-bound freight is always customer's responsibility. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. The balance will be returned in the form of a check or may be applied as credit towards another purchase and can take up to 30 days.

Products carry 90 day warranty from date of purchase.
